D’Ornano + Co. performed legal buy-side due diligence for Groupe Crystal, a leading French wealth management actor backed by PE firm Apax Partners, in the context of its entry into exclusive negotiations to acquire all the asset management firms of the Victoire project – already united within the management company WiseAm -, with the aim of forming the leader in French asset management.
In total, the assets managed by the new group will reach 5 billion euros for a turnover of 60 million, realized with 20,000 client families in France and abroad.
