D’Ornano + Co. advised Five Arrows Principal Investments (Rothschild & Co) on Padoa’ LBO, a Parisian occupational health software firm, as it has secured €80 million in a new funding round to support further investments in research and development projects. The multi-disciplinary team that implemented our Growth Diligence approach was composed of Raphaelle d’Ornano, Vadym Diablo, Grégoire Longou, Paul Watel for the financial due diligence, and Thomas Priolet and Blagovesta Chalakova, for the legal due diligence.
