D’Ornano + Co. performed financial due diligence for François Feijoo and co-investors in the context of the restructuring of André.
In receivership since April 2020, the company was taken over by François Feijoo and co-investors, an operation sealed by the Grenoble Commercial Court. This operation enabled to preserve 221 jobs with the takeover of 55 shops.
