D’Ornano + Co. performed financial due diligence for Metaline, an IT service provider backed by Isatis Capital and Siparex Entrepreneurs, in the context of their acquisition of Aptech.
This is the fourth build-up operation carried out by Metaline since the arrival of Isatis to its capital in 2018. It will enable it to almost double in size and become a key player in the IT industry.
