D’Ornano + Co. performed financial due diligence for Sagard and co-investors in the context of their investment in Laboratoires Delbert.
The company, renowned for its strong medical ethics, has a portfolio of medicines that have become central and aims to close 2020 with a turnover of €15m. The contribution of €40m (€20m in equity, supplemented by a unit-branch financing of €20m) will contribute to the acceleration of the rythm of acquisitions of new marketing authorisations, as well as to the internationalisation of the company.
