D’Ornano + Co. performed financial + legal due diligence of Withings, a connected health devices producer, in the context of a global growth financing round of $60m led by Gilde Healthcare, Idinvest and BpiFrance.

Withings will use the investment to expand its position as a trusted intermediary between patients and healthcare professionals, and to expand on the US market.
