D’Ornano + Co. performed legal due diligence for Elephant Partners as part of its $35m Series B investment in information security player DataDome. French based VC firm ISAI, a historical investor in the company, also participated in the round.
DataDome, a French start-up born in 2015 and which develops a SaaS-based cybersecurity platform designed to protect websites from bot traffic, is a reference actor in the CyberSecurity vertical, and will use the funding to continue to invest in its R&D.
This deal is the first European deal for Boston based VC firm Elephant Partners.
