D’Ornano +Co. performed financial and legal due diligence for Japhy, an animal nutrition’s supplier, in the context of a late stage investment (Series A) of €7m led by Capagro, Aglaé Ventures and several business angels.
The funds will be used to launch several marketing campains, expand the teams and diversify its array of products with a possible expansion in Europe.
