About Nicolas
Nicolas Bayle is a Partner and Vice President at d’Ornano + Co.
Nicolas co-leads the Finance Transaction Services department. His expertise in Software, Health, Media and Telecoms industries comes from more than 50 due diligence projects. He holds deep expertise in various domains, including business plan modelling, cash flow forecasts and restructuring.
Nicolas has more than ten years of experience in financial audit and transaction services, with previous positions at EY and Eight Advisory.
He graduated from ESCP Business School in 2007.
