Raphaëlle d’Ornano is the Founder and Managing Partner at D’Ornano + Co.
With over ten years of experience in the financial and legal transaction services industry, Raphaëlle serves D’Ornano + Co.’s clients on both fields. She addresses clients both in France and in the US, with a deep-rooted international culture.
Raphaëlle is an expert across multiple industries, with over a hundred assignments completed. Her experience spans multidisciplined buy-side and sell-side due diligence, Restructuring and M&A related issues.
Raphaëlle was recently ranked #2 amongst French Financial Transaction Services providers in the #Tech industry by the French reference CFNews ranking*.
Raphaëlle graduated from ESSEC Business School in 2009, and is a Paris-bar admitted lawyer since 2015. She holds a degree in Restructuring from Paris 1 – Panthéon Sorbonne University.
