Raphaëlle d’Ornano

Raphaëlle d’Ornano is the Founder and Managing Partner of D’Ornano + Co. Raphaëlle began her career at Deloitte and Eight Advisory, where she realized that the traditional approach to due diligence was not sufficient for evaluating innovative and fast-growing business models. This realization led her to found D’Ornano + Co. and develop a unique and proprietary diligence approach. Expert and passionate about the technology sector, Raphaëlle has conducted more than 500 due diligence assignments, both buy-side and sell-side on tech or tech-enabled companies, for global investors across all asset classes (Venture Capital, Growth, and Buyout). In addition to the creation and development of D’Ornano + Co., Raphaëlle is a Forbes Finance Council contributor and teaches a course on growth and profitability drivers at ESSEC Business School. She is a frequent speaker at industry events including the Greenwich Economic Forum, SALT, and SuperReturn Berlin. Raphaëlle has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2015, and was recently elected a Young Leader in the 2022 class of the French American Foundation. A former triathlete, Raphaëlle enjoys running marathons in her free time, and lives in New York with her husband and two children.
